Why is this lotion undesirable to insects?
Coffee grounds are a natural mosquito repellent. According to an old tradition, slowly burning coffee grounds on aluminum foil, like an incense stick, will drive mosquitoes away. Coffee powder can also be sprinkled in areas where there is standing water favored by mosquitoes. Even more practical is to use UpperBe® body lotion spray!
How is oil obtained from coffee grounds?
Through a 100% natural process, with supercritical CO2, at low temperature and high pressure and without the use of solvents! This is a green technology that ensures environmental sustainability and a high degree of quality and purity of the extracted product.
Why can’t I expose myself to the sun immediately after spraying the lotion ?
It is good practice not to use any fragrances before prolonged sun exposure because some components contained in the essences could cause, particularly in sensitive individuals, mild allergic reactions and skin blemishes.
Why is it not allowed to use the lotion on children under the age of 3?
Because it contains alcohol, which could irritate and dry out the very delicate skin of very young children
